Terms & Conditions

Last updated 21 October 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website by customers of Kilt Collection (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers.

4. Made to measure products

Many of our products are made to your measurements and chosen tartan. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Personalised items made to your specification are excluded from the statutory right to cancel, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and are given in good faith. Delays caused by events outside our control do not entitle you to compensation, but we will keep you informed. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

6. Cancellations and returns

For ready to wear items you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Details of how to return items are set out on our Delivery & Returns page.

7. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless you live elsewhere in the UK where your local courts may apply.

10. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, please use our contact form.
