Ready to wear items such as accessories are usually dispatched quickly. Made to measure kilts and outfits are made after you order, so they take longer. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you are not happy with a ready to wear item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Made to measure items. Kilts and outfits made to your measurements or in a tartan woven to order are personalised products and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not made to the measurements you gave us. If something is not right, please contact us before sending anything back and we will do our best to help.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
