How and when refunds are processed.
Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Please see our Return and Exchange page for full details, including made-to-measure items.
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.
Original delivery charges and rush order fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
You can cancel an order free of charge before production begins. Once a made-to-measure item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
