Not quite right? Here is how returns and exchanges work.
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Kilts, jackets and outfits made to your measurements are produced especially for you. If an item has been made exactly to the measurements you provided, it can be exchanged or altered rather than refunded. If we made an error, we will remake or replace it free of charge.
Email Support@KiltCollection.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) and the reason for the return or exchange. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will put it right as quickly as possible.
